Welcome to Lakeland Junction. Our community was established in the early 1980's and has undergone so many changes since then. In the early days, the property was the site of a Railroad Junction, which is how the name and theme for the park was established and continues to be a theme we carry with us today. We are a community of 194 homes which is small in comparison with many other parks. Our size lends itself to creating a close-knit atmosphere amongst our residents.  This website is designed to give residents information about the multitude of activities occurring regularly in the park. A monthly calendar of events is published here to keep you updated. But it also gives you a place to exchange ideas and information. Here you will find a place to exchange recipes, to list items you might have for sale or items you are seeking, services that are available both from within the park and outside the park, as well as sporting events, sucn as the newly introduced Cornhole Baseball.
As you come into our community, we look forward to meeting and getting to know you, and hope you will join our association so you can get the full benefit of all this park has to offer. The HOA meets on the third Thursday of each month, from October through April, at 7:00pm in the clubhouse.
